Monday, September 26th 2016

8:30am - 9:00am        Get ready & last minute announcements

9:00am - 11:00am      Day one ride to Maggie Valley & Wheels Through Time

 

Lunch                           You are on your own for your meal

                                      No lunches are provided during the three days of riding.

 

11:00am - 2:00pm      Wheels Through Time Museum.  Admission is included.

2:00pm - 4:00pm        Ride back to Asheville

 

5:00pm - 8:00pm       Optional Asheville Brew Tour for participants that signed up for tour

                                      Free evening for all other participants.  Downtown is a recommended

                                      destination for dinner.

                                  

There are a total of 40 spots open for a Monday evening Asheville Brew Tour.  The cost is an additional $60.00 per person.  This is highly recommended and is a very popular Asheville attaction.  A bus will pick up participants at the hotel and leave at 5:00pm.  You will be taken to three local downtown area breweries where you will tour the manufacturing process and sample all of the different offerings.  After the tour the bus will make a stop in central downtown for those who want to get off and stay in the area for dinner.  The bus will take the remaining participants back to the hotel.  You can sign up for the brewery tour when registering for the event.  Website links to Asheville Brewery Tours are provided on this page so you can look at photos and such to get a feel for the tour.

 

Tuesday, September 27th 2016 - Day 2

8:30am - 9:00am        Get ready & last minute announcements

9:00am - 3:00pm        Day Two.  Long loop ride north of Asheville

 

Lunch                           You are on your own for your meal

                                      No lunches are provided during the three days of riding.

 

Evening                        Free evening for all.  No group events planned.  Downtown is a recommended

                                         destination for dinner.

 

Optional                          Some ladies will be taking a tour of the Biltmore House and welcome any other

                                         ladies or non-riders who are interested to please reach out to the local hosts.

Wednesday, September 28th 2016 - Day 3

8:30am - 9:00am        Get ready & last minute announcements

9:00am - 2:00pm        Day Three - Short loop ride south of Asheville

                                      Lake Lure & Chimney Rock area.

2:00pm - 4:00pm        Load up bikes & trailers

4:30pm - 6:00pm        Social Hour at MotoVicious motorcycle shop.  Year round MotoVicious hosts a

                                      local Wednesday night motorcycle night at their shop.  MotoVicous serves

                                      local beer ($4.00/pint).  We hang out here and mingle with local riders

                                      before our banquet dinner.

6:00pm - 9:00pm       Closing banquet dinner at The Orange peel. 

9:00pm - until             Anyone interested in hitting the town afterwards will have a good time...
